The location is great i could easily walk to elizabeth quays. The public transport on adelaide terrace made it simple to get to the city. The pool was a hit with my kids they really enjoyed it.

The dining room chairs felt quite uncomfortable it affected enjoying meals properly. We were also missing some basic crockery it was difficult to serve snacks. I think this needs attention.

The in-house restaurant had a great selection of options. I really enjoyed that. i found the newly refurbished room to be superb. It felt very modern. i thought service was excellent and appreciated the value for money. It met my expectations!

The hotel hallways seemed quite old and worn. It did detract a bit from the overall experience.

the location was convenient with great transport options nearby. the hotel itself was nice and neat. the pool was wonderful.

the room was very basic and it did not come with toothbrushes. the air con is the traditional type with no remote control. it was giving out hot air and the temperature seemed unable to control.

the air conditioning system was difficult to manage. i couldn't adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. it was either too cold or completely off. the noise from the swimming pool area was also disruptive. it made it hard to relax in my room at times
